Queanbeyan Junior Brass Christmas Concert
The Kirk Family Foundation generously provided 24 brass instruments to assist Paula & John Thompson with their vision to provide children with free instrument rental and free music lessons. The children come from all primary schools in Queanbeyan, Bungendore and Sutton. The Queanbeyan Junior Brass Band showed off their musical abilities at their Christmas Concert on 15 December 2020, where three children also performed solo. The Christmas Concert was very entertaining and it was lovely to see the children perform for the very first time.
